We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share through our website — including your name, email, phone number, or event details — is used solely to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, or provide catering services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

​

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as food and staffing costs are incurred during that time.

All final terms and refund eligibility will be outlined in your signed catering agreement.

Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

We take food allergies and dietary needs seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions when placing your order or booking your event.

While we make every effort to accommodate your requests, please note that our kitchen may handle ingredients such as nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, and shellfish, and cross-contamination may occur.

We encourage clients to discuss any specific concerns with our team before finalizing menu selections.

Terms of Service

All menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change based on market conditions and seasonal ingredients.

Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed catering agreement and deposit.

Quotes are valid for 45 days from the date issued.

Shelly's TimeOut Catering reserves the right to adjust pricing, offerings, or availability without notice to maintain quality standards and product availability.
